2023-24 Notice of Intent to Homeschool for Longwood Residents
Completion of this form informs the Superintendent of Schools that you plan to homeschool your child/children for the school year beginning July 1 and ending June 30.  Homeschooling involves planning instruction, assuring instruction, reporting progress (and hours) each quarter and arranging an end of year assessment.

If you are a new resident of Longwood, please complete a brief online registration to provide evidence of your residency at https://www.longwood.k12.ny.us/parents/central_registration/ 
You will be able to choose homeschool when the 2023-24 online registration opens.
