CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to cancel the following will apply:

100% refund for cancellation 60+ days before retreat start date (exc. registration fee)
50% refund for cancellation 31-59 days before retreat start date (exc. registration fee)
0% refund for cancellation 0-30 days before the retreat start date

Please note that travel, cancellation and health insurances are at your own responsibility. We highly encourage you to get a travel insurance as well. 

RELEASE & WAIVER
1. I understand that neither The Dharma Tribe nor Sukha is not responsible for my safety and I knowingly and voluntarily agree to assume any and all risks associated with participation in the above-described retreat. I also acknowledge that my participation in the retreat is optional and that my participation would not have been permitted without this waiver and release.
2. As a voluntary participant in this retreat, I hereby release The Dharma Tribe, Sukha, its trustees, officers, faculty, employees, representatives, agents, or anyone accompanying this trip, or their heirs or estates from, and agree not to bring legal proceedings or any and all claims and causes of action for loss of or damage to property, bodily or personal injury, loss of companionship or support, or death sustained by me or third parties arising out of any activity or travel associated with my participation this retreat/workshop.
3. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding my participation in Yoga classes, workshops, events and services. The Dharma Tribe and Sukha are not responsible for any physical injury or damage, known or unknown, I may suffer as a result of my participation in this program. I also am aware that health insurance is my personal responsibility.
4. I agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless The Dharma Tribe and Sukha for any and all losses, expenses, claims, judgments and liabilities (including attorneys’ fees) of any nature arising out of, or in consequence of, my acts, words, conduct, etc. in connection with the retreat/workshop including, but not limited to, damage to property, any injuries or death sustained by any person(s) as a result of my actions or inactivity. I further understand that nothing stated herein shall relieve me from my obligation to uphold and support all rules and regulations for participation in the retreat/workshop, as set forth by The Dharma Tribe and Sukha.
5. I have read these terms and I understand its content. I understand that by submitting this formI have waived substantial rights. I have voluntarily signed this release.
