2023 Fairfield CSD Summer Food Sign Up Week of 7/31 (FREE)
***WEEKLY Pick-Up options are Monday nights 4:30pm-6:30pm or Tuesdays 8:00am-1:00pm at Fairfield Middle School- 404 W Fillmore Ave, Fairfield. 

Parents/Guardians OR children 2-18yrs who are signed up must pick up meals. You will not be able to pick up for other children signed up if they are not in your household, unless they are with you when you pick up the meals. We will not deliver meals.

Please fill out this google document to help us plan for how many children we need to prepare for.  Please make sure your email address is correct for pick up reminders and do not fill out more than once to prevent duplicates.
