Dinner on Wednesday, and breakfast and lunch on Thursday are included in the conference. All will be self-service buffet style. To help us plan our food offerings, please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions:

$60 Member Rate Conference Fee Only. (I am currently a WI-AMTE member, and I do not need to renew my membership for 2021-22.)

$15 Membership dues + $60 Member Rate Conference Fee = $75 total. (I would like join WI-AMTE, or I need to renew my membership for 2021-22).

$75 Non-member Rate only. (I do not wish to join WI-AMTE, so I will just pay the non-member rate for the conference).

$45 Student Rate Conference Fee (for current full-time undergraduate or graduate students)

If someone else will be paying your registration fee, or you will be using a PayPal account or credit card that uses a different name or email address from the one you entered at the beginning of the form, please tell us that other name or email address so we can match the fee payment we receive to this registration.

A copy of your responses will be emailed to the address you provided.
