Little Free Diverse Library Site-Host Form
Our goal is to establish 20 Little Free Diverse Libraries across Northeast Florida. The library structures are designed to withstand the elements are intended for areas of foottraffic where neighbors are encouraged to "take a book, leave a book."

Due to extreme interest, we cannot guarantee every interested host will receive a library. We are ensuring a diversity of neighborhoods, proximity to other free libraries within those neighborhoods, and mix of both residential and commercial properties (pediatricians, barbershops, etc.).

Host Agreement
To ensure the success and sustainability of these libraries, we are asking for the following committment from each Library Host:
  • Identify a location on private property that is easily accessible to pedestrian traffic.
  • Submit to a level 1 background check for residential sites.
  • Commit to providing a monthly status report to 904WARD team regarding condition of library structure, book supply, usage, etc.
  • Share books and celebrate the circulation of diverse literary content in your community!
The 904WARD team will:
  • Assemble and install the Little Free Diverse Library structure on your property
  • Source books to stock library at least quarterly
  • Deploy a maintenance and repair team if damage occurs
