Harley Parent Survey 4/24/2020
When we last reached out to you for your feedback, Harley had just ended its first week of remote learning.  Now, we have four weeks under our belts, and we want to solicit more feedback since the governor has extended school closures until May 15, if not longer.

This survey is a bit longer than the previous survey as we look to more fully evaluate our Harley at Home response. Most of the questions will ask you to provide us with a rating, and there are some open-ended questions as well for you to give us more personalized responses.  You should be able to complete the survey in ten to fifteen minutes.
