Conditions:

- No costs will be charged for participation in the event.

- Costs for meals, travel and accommodation and any travel for site visits are for your own account.
- Registration is only final after notification from the organization

(the organization can decide to maximize the number of participants).
- If the event cannot take place, there is no right to any compensation.

- The organization is not liable for any inconvenience.

- Group pictures, mood pictures and/or images of speakers might be published on the project-, Interreg Europe- and partner websites without explicit consent of the individuals who are in the picture.

- Your date (name, affiliation, e-mail address, optional telephone number) will only be used for communication about the project and the event, and will be deleted within one month after the event.

-At any time, you can request to be informed on what data we store from you, you can request from us to modify or remove your data from the registration list - to do so, please contact a.p.hemker@tudelft.nl

- The dietary restrictions you provided are used to inform the meeting caterers.
