In order for us to secure your place on our 2024 Summer School, please ensure that this form is fully completed. There are only 30 places available for the summer school which will be offered on a strictly first come first served basis on completion of the registration form.

The summer school runs from Monday 22nd to Friday 26th July and Monday 29th July to Thursday 1st August. The final day will be longer to accommodate our final show. The length of the summer school is 9 days.

1: Payment will be made within one week of receipt of your invoice. (please note that your place is not confirmed until payment is made)

2: You will alert us (in writing to boroughbridgemusic@gmail.com) of any changes to your child's medical conditions that you have not already listed above prior to the start of the summer school should the need arise.

3: Drop off and collection times are adhered to. All children must be collected from the venue by a parent / guardian unless authorisation is given in writing to boroughbridgemusic@gmail.com for them to make their own way home. Collection is always our preferred method!

4: You will provide your child with a packed lunch / snack and enough water for each day. (we operate a nut free zone please)

5: The emergency number you have provided will be in use during the summer school times. Any changes must be given in writing to boroughbrdgemusic@gmail.com
