DCHS Parking Pass Request Form
In addition to this Google form, students must complete the blue Parking Pass Request form located in the front office or available online on our Davie High School website.  It must be turned in with the $50.00 payment and a copy of the students driver's license (learner's permits are not accepted).   All school fees must be paid before purchasing a parking pass.  Parking passes will be available for pick up in August.  An information email will be sent in August with pick up details.
