We will meet at the start of Term 1 as a group to look at our preference for 2023 events and the best approach moving forward. Parent help is greatly appreciated and acknowledged.

REFUND POLICY:
In the unlikely event a school trip is cancelled either by the school, a third party, or through extenuating circumstances, WGHS will endeavour to seek a refund of any deposit or full payment paid to an external party (such as flights or accommodation) on behalf of our students. Please note there may be situations where external parties are legally entitled to retain partial or full payment – in the case of a late cancellation, or binding agreement terms, for instance. In these situations, WGHS agrees to recover as much of the cost as practicable, however the school is not liable if a full refund is unattainable.
