This virtual series is intended for white people committed to racial equity and justice, who want to deepen their anti-racist leadership through self reflection on personal racial bias and other obstacles to anti-racist leadership. We will share, listen, and feel into experiences of whiteness. What this means is we will work on specifically paying attention to what we're telling ourselves and what we're feeling in our bodies around race, racism, and white supremacy. Individuals set their own goals and our framework is one of healing and mutual support. This process will engage and connect us back to our humanity, bodies, and intuition so we can work for racial justice from a place of wholeness.

𝗦𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀: There are two options: 1) meeting four times for two hours in a condensed 4-5 week timeframe in June;  or 2) meeting six times for 1.5 hours from late July to September or September to November. Dates and times are in the application below, please ensure you can attend ALL sessions before you choose which cohort works for you. Each participant also commits to an initial 30 minute one-on-one check-in and coaching within the two weeks prior to the start of the program, which is included in the cost.

𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆: At the end of each session you will decide what your next steps are to get you closer to your goals. Between our sessions, I ask that you check in with the person with whom you’ve been paired to see how your respective homework is going.

𝗡𝘂𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝗻𝘁𝘀: In order to build intimacy, allow for vulnerability, and focus on both coaching the whole group and individual members, cohorts are capped at six people.

𝗖𝗼𝘀𝘁: The sliding scale fee for this program is $350-$595*. A limited number of scholarships are available.

𝗢𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗼𝗻𝗲-𝗼𝗻-𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴: Some people find it beneficial to add individual coaching sessions to do some additional focused work on their goals. You can choose to add 25 minute laser coaching sessions for an additional cost ($50/session) to this group coaching. These laser coaching sessions can take place in-between group coaching sessions or after the cohort has ended, depending on your schedule and needs.
