This survey is part of the research carried out by the European COESO project (https://coeso.hypotheses.org/) on "Collaborative Engagement on Societal Issues" (Horizon 2020 REF: 101006325). COESO brings together 15 partners from 6 different European countries. One of its main objectives is to work with funders to innovate funding schemes for citizen science (CS) (or participatory research) in the social sciences and humanities (SSH).  

The survey aims to augment the results of the "Landscape study of funding schemes for citizen science activities in the social sciences and humanities" by identifying which organisations fund citizen science projects in disciplines within the Social Sciences & Humanities fields.

Preliminary results of a first stage of this study have been made public on the COESO website (https://operas.hypotheses.org/category/projects/coeso) and on Zenodo (report: https://zenodo.org/record/5137247#.YQPjkI4zY2w, database: URL).  

The information obtained through the survey will only be used for the research indicated and will be processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We will request an email account, not necessarily personal. We would use it exclusively to maintain contact. Any personal data provided (not mandatory) will be stored until the end of the project and will be deleted after the end of the project. We follow strict security procedures when storing data and will not transfer personal data to third parties under any circumstances. The Ibercivis Foundation is responsible for the management of the survey, as well as for the processing and protection of all data obtained through the survey.
