Below is the Schedule of 2023 TIMS Courses, from January until July, hosted by NCSU-ITRE.
All courses will be held via Zoom with the majority of TIMS Courses having Open Enrollment and available to any TIMS Operator, Transportation Director or other Transportation Staff interested in attending. Only the New Users Class, Geocode Certification (MARIS 1 & 2), Boundary Planning and Transfer Stops Courses have limited seating and require final approval to attend. Exceptions may be made and class rosters adjusted based on specific LEA needs and training priorities around the state.
For the Open Enrollment Courses, please complete the survey response (click Yes) and Complete the Registration Links for each open enrollment class. Upon completing the Registration Link, you will receive a Calendar Invitation and Zoom Link for the future course.
For the TIMS Classes with Limited Seating, please indicate your interest in the course as Lead TIMS Staff may receive priority seating over Secondary or Backup TIMS Staff. We will notify interested staff of final class rosters and availability two weeks prior to class.
We are also offering new Open Enrollment LEA Planning Sessions in March, April, May and July - covering various TIMS Work and Routing Tasks to focus on during these months.

8) Feb 15th & 16th: LIMITED SEATING: Transfer Stops and Mid-Day Routes - 2 Days, 8hrs Total
