GETTING STARTED: COPY & LOGO

For every website, I recommend including the following key elements:

1. Communicate Your Value - Clearly explain who you are and what makes you unique.
2.
Describe Your Services - Provide a straightforward description of what your company offers.
3. Contact Information - Make it easy for visitors to get in touch with you.
4.
Social Proof - Include testimonials or other third-party validation to build trust.
5.
Clear Calls to Action - Guide visitors toward the next steps you want them to take.
6.
Well-Organized Navigation - Ensure visitors can easily find their way around your site.

Can you provide a digital copy of your logo? *
Preferred digital files - ai /.eps/.psd
No Logo? Choose the option that best fits your brand:
#1. Wordmark / Lettermark =  A clean, text-based logo using stylized typography or initials.
#2. Brandmark /Combo / Emblem = A visual logo that includes a symbol or icon - can stand alone or be paired with text. Emblems usually combine both in a unified shape.
#3.  Simple Font-Based Logo A straightforward, in-house option using carefully chosen fonts - minimal but effective.

*option #1 and #2 will be outsourced to local graphic designers we have partnered with.
What pages do you think you need? How many in total? *

Example:
1. Home
2.
About
3.
Services
4.
Contact

Please estimate carefully, as quotes are based on a per-page basis.

Note: A minimum of 4 pages is recommended. Fewer than 4 pages will result in a single-page scroll design.

Do you have your website text content ready in final draft format? *
  (Please choose one option)
Do you have photos ready that can be used on your new website? *
AFTER LAUNCH / SEO PREP:
I provide ongoing support and hourly maintenance services for as long as you need them. You’ll have the flexibility to make updates yourself using any web browser, or you can choose to have me handle updates and maintenance to ensure your site remains current, secure, and engaging. The level of support is entirely up to you.
Do you have specific SEO goals for your website?
Are there particular keywords or phrases you’d like to target?
Think about what your ideal customers might type into Google to find your business.

Please list any relevant keywords, phrases, or SEO objectives below:
Website Edits *
Do you plan to make general edits to your website (such as updating text or images)?
You’ll have full access to make changes yourself, or you can choose to have us handle updates for you—whichever works best for you.
WordPress Maintenance / Site Administrator *

To keep your WordPress website running smoothly, securely, and efficiently, regular maintenance is essential. This includes updating the WordPress core, plugins, and themes to fix bugs, enhance functionality, and address security vulnerabilities.

After your website launches, you can choose to manage these updates yourself as the WordPress Administrator, or opt for our WordPress Management Package where we handle it for you.

Whichever option you choose, staying current with updates is crucial — preventing security issues is far easier than recovering from a hack.
