As you saw from the video above, I only work with people who are ready for this deep level of commitment and spots are very limited, so I am extremely selective in filling my 1:1 openings.

Inside this 12 week coaching container, you will receive weekly coaching calls with Lily, as well as WhatsApp support for texting and voice messaging between calls, and free access to the HEAL: The Collective membership for all courses and group coaching calls.
