Summer Rec '23 Registration Form
We have many activities to choose from that are weekly reoccurring events that are classified as "Daily" or "Core" activities as well as mini camps and single day activities.  Students signed up for the Daily/Core activities will also get a summer rec t-shirt as part of their registration fee. 

Checks may be made out to: Adrian Community Education and mailed to: PO Box 40, Adrian, MN 56110

Fees are nonrefundable unless cancelled due to a lack of registrants.

Cancellations or change in location due to weather will be sent via text, email, and posted on our website and Facebook pages the morning of the event.
