Please fill this registration form to express your interest in participation at NCUFME scheduled  on 25th  September 2022 at Indian International Center, New Delhi. The event is being organized as part of a series of events to celebrate the Academy of Family Physicians of India's foundation day(27th September). The foundation day is being marked as National Family Medicine Day (NFMD). Once you have completed the registration and invitation will be sent to you for participation. Please note that participation is by invitation only. There is no registration fee. The NCUFME will be one day event involving all stake holders in the relevant field.
