Beeldend kunstenaar Lore Stessel, in residentie in Casco sinds 2015, werkt op het raakvlak tussen fotografie en schilderkunst. Een terugkerend onderwerp in haar praktijk is het lichaam in beweging en dans. Een selectie van haar fotografische werken wordt nu gebundeld in het artist book The Body will Thrive, een samenwerking met grafisch ontwerper Geoffrey Brusatto en kunsthistorici Marie-Pascale Gildemyn en Nico Anklam.

Visual artist Lore Stessel, in residence at Casco since 2015, works on the border between photography and painting. A recurring subject in her practice is the body in movement and dance.
