Program Details
ExcelFit With Molly’s  Commit 21 program will provide you with 21 days of challenging workouts (best suited for intermediate to more seasoned exercisers), 21 fresh, tasty, and healthy recipes in a beautiful PDF file you can print out and keep, a daily healthy habits chart to follow, some awesome tools for success during the program, a private Facebook group for accountability communication, and a chance to win prizes!  

All videos sent during this program will be approx. 30 minutes in length (sometimes a bit more, sometimes less) and will only be accessible during the 21 day program and 7 days after.  Once the 28 days are up, the videos will no longer be able to be viewed.

Molly Kujawski, a certified personal trainer and fitness coach for almost 15 years, will lead this program with the hopes that after 21 days-you will feel more energy, have better focus, be less stressed, and reached some new health goals that you set in the beginning of the program.

Workout videos will be emailed out every morning of the 21 day program at 4:00am.  (Starting with the first day being Monday, January 10th.)

Once a new workout is sent, a reminder will be posted on the Commit 21 private group Facebook page.  After you complete the workout, post your name and/or a picture of yourself completing the workout (under that day's workout post) on our Commit 21 Facebook group member page.

Also-look to the Facebook page for a chance to win prizes during the 21 days!  Prize winning opportunities will be announced throughout the program!
