The Processing Community Day 2024 (PCD24@Porto) is a free and open-participation event to promote Creative Coding and Computational Thinking in the Arts and Design.
The main event will take place on Thursday, 2nd of May 2024, at the FBAUP's Main Auditorium (Central Building, Room PC201), from 14:00 to 18:30 GMT.We welcome all local, national, and international participants interested in this topic to join us at the Faculty of Fine Arts of the University of Porto.
The main event program features a keynote conference from Rudolfo Quintas, a round table discussion about computation in the Arts and Design by Rudolfo Quintas, Rodrigo Carvalho, and Né Barros & moderated by Luísa Ribas and a set of guest invited artist talks resulting from the call for the artworks and the respective final exhibition.
The conference also features a set of warm-up workshops (make sure to check this out on the dedicated Eventbrite pages) on different creative coding topics and technologies.

The event activities will be held in Portuguese language (except for the participation of the talks from the invited international artists)
