Renegade Derby Dames Vendor Form 2024
Welcome!

All details of the event will be provided below. Please fill out the form portion and we will get back to you to confirm your spot. Once we notify you, payment will need be made asap. 

If you are a food vendor please note we always provide food and drinks to our spectators at all of our events. 

Vendor will be provided one 8' table. No table coverings or extension cords will be provided.

If you need an electrical outlet please inform us on this sheet. Outlets are only on first come first serve basis. We may not be able to accommodate your request if notified last minute. You will be required to bring your own extension cord.

All vendors will be placed in the Vendor Area away from the track. No exceptions.

When you arrive a volunteer will show you to your designated table. You are welcome to bring 1 helper. (Please inform the volunteers when coming in to set up.)

2024 Home Game Dates:
April 27th - Season Opener double header in Alliston
July 20th - double header in Angus
September TBA - double header in Alliston
November TBA - double header in Alliston

Locations:
Alliston Memorial Arena, 49 Nelson St W. Alliston
Essa Arena / Angus Rec Centre, 10 Sideroad, Angus

Time:
Set up begins at 3pm, until 4:00pm, when the doors open to the public. Take down starts at 8:30pm. We are very accommodating with vendors if you need to leave early. Please inform us 48hrs prior to the date of the event if this is needed.

Cost:
Cost per vendor table is $10, per event. Cancellations are non-refundable, but can be deferred to a future event with at least 2 weeks notice. 

Insurance Coverage:
We are required to have all vendors be covered by their own insurance and Town of New Tecumseth needs to be added as additionally insured.

Affordable insurance that our vendors usually use is www.duuo.ca.

I understand that the Renegade Derby Dames, its owners, directors, officers, employees, agents, legal representatives, and successors will not be held responsible for any fire, theft, injury, or damage to my person, products, or display items occurring at the event.  I understand that the Renegade Derby Dames will make every effort to ensure that my items are kept safe, whether supervised or not, but I understand that the Renegade Derby Dames and its participants and team members cannot ensure or guarantee that this will be the case.  This includes, but is not limited to: Cash registers, computer equipment, credit card equipment, products, display, or promotional items, etc.  I understand and acknowledge that this Release discharges the Renegade Derby Dames from any liability or claim that I may have against Renegade Derby Dames, with respect to any bodily or other injury, illness, death, or property damage that may result from my participation. I also understand that the Renegade Derby Dames does not assume any responsibility or obligation to provide financial assistance or other assistance, including, but not limited to, medical, health, or disability insurance, in the event of injury, illness, death, or property damage.

  • Cancellations less than 2 weeks prior, and no-shows, are NON-REFUNDABLE.  Cancellations with more than 2 weeks notice can be deferred to a future event.  
  • Payment will be by E-transfer only; printed receipts will be available upon request.
  • We will turn your logo into a banner ad for the Scoreboard.  If you'd prefer to make your own, it should be at a 5:1 ratio, such as 1600x320 pixels; please send it to vendors@renegadederbydames.com
