  1. Eligibility:

    • This form is exclusively for HALA registered members.
    • If you are not yet a member and wish to participate, kindly join the collab by submitting your interest here.
    • Otherwise, any submission for non collab members will not be reviewed.

  2. Submission Process:

    • Complete the form to share your project ideas.
    • Ensure your submissions align with HALA's principles.

  3. Project Support:

    • We aim to support each submitted project.
    • Similar ideas may be combined for efficiency.

  4. Prioritization:

    • In the event we cannot support all projects, a prioritization autonomous vote may be conducted.

  5. Geographical Scope:

    • Projects are not restricted to San Francisco; they can be proposed from anywhere.
