We believe in living life fully without masks (unless sick or immune compromised). Masks (nor jabs!) are NOT required or encouraged whatsoever in this co-op (though you are welcome to wear a mask if you or someone close to you is immune compromised, etc.). Do you understand that this is a core belief of those in this co-op, and do you agree? *
Do you agree to hold all parties harmless (our host church, Raising Arrows Homeschool Fellowship, Truth in Love Ministry, and all connected individuals) in the event that your family gets sick (COVID or otherwise) after gathering together for a formal co-op day or informal group gathering? *

Do you and your husband (if married) commit to leading your family according to God's moral laws and Biblical principles? *
While we understand that life brings changes that are unforeseen and understandable, this co-op requires a commitment for the 2024-2025 school year. Are you able to commit for the full year, barring any unforeseen circumstances? *
Our co-op requires that moms (and/or dads) are an active part of our co-op day. You will be expected to teach or assist in every class hour, except one hour (which we hope can be a flex hour for each mom). Are you able to fulfill this expectation? Who will be joining us for co-op day- mom, dad, or both? *
What are some of your passions and interests that you may be able to include in co-op classes you teach or assist? (We'll be asking you to provide a couple specific classes you can offer teach, if you are comfortable doing so.) *
Raising Arrows Homeschool Fellowship is a ministry of Truth in Love Christian Ministry, and we welcome families from all Biblical churches!
