The Australian National Championships are scheduled to be held on the Gold Coast, QLD, from 22 to 27 January 2022 so we're calling for interested players to complete the form below.

1. Details on costs, selection timing and team arrangements are currently being confirmed. Completion of this form is an expression of interest in being involved in the process.
2. In light of current COVID interstate border restrictions, the viability of the current scheduling will be assessed in mid-November. If required, advice on alternate scheduling arrangements will be provided then.
