All funds earned must be deposited with a deposit slip(available on activities website) within 1 week of completion of event.
Funds may NOT be used to reimburse from or as "petty cash".
A sales analysis(available on the activities website, and google submission form. you may use your own style such as excel) must accompany all deposits with in 1 week of event ending.
