This form is for people who are in the Fallacy Group Buy and would like to add on a Carbon Fiber plate (and/or a PCB) to their orders. As such these items will be shipping with your main kit order.

$50 for additional PCB
$40 for Carbon Fiber plate

PLEASE NOTE: This is for Fallacy Group Buy participants ONLY. Form submissions from other people will be ignored. The add-ons will be shipped with your Fallacy kit.

Further Notes:
1) I have decided to move away from PayPal. This will be invoiced with Stripe. An email will be sent to you with a link to pay for the add-ons. The invoice will include a standard 3% transaction fee.
2) If the orders I receive do not meet the MOQ I was provided, I will be cancelling these add-ons.
