The information you complete, will help MG Law determine whether further consultation is warranted to evaluate your Road Accident Fund (RAF) matter.


ELIGIBILITY:

Before proceeding, please note that ALL the following conditions MUST apply to the accident. If one or more conditions do not apply to your incident, please DO NOT continue with the form.

1. Besides yourself, a minimum of one more party must be involved in the accident (3rd party)
2. Damages or losses suffered
3. Caused by or arising from driving
4. Negligence or wrongful act
5. Motor vehicle must be involved
6. Within the borders of the Republic of South Africa
7. You have or will incur: medical expenses and/or earnings losses and/or loss of support and/or funeral expenses
8. Only very serious accidents will pay for general damages (suffering, pain, etc.), not listed in point 7 above
9. Your total claim (damages/expenses incurred) in respect of points 7 and 8, is a minimum of R100 000.
