Course Selection

Year 1 courses are for those who want to BEGIN their learning about Judaism. Year 1 courses can be a part of conversion preparation.

Year 2 courses are for those who have either COMPLETED the Year 1 courses or those who already have a basic knowledge of Judaism. Year 2 courses can be a part of becoming adult Brit Mitzvah or Confirmands.

Year 1: Introduction to Jewish Holidays (begins December 12 at 7:30 pm)

Year 1: Introduction to Jewish Life Cycle (begins March 4 at 7:30 pm)

Year 2: Tanakh and Jewish Texts (begins October 2 at 6:30 pm)

Year 2: Our Prayerbook (begins January 8 at 6:30 pm)

Hebrew of the Shabbat Evening Service (begins October 2 at 7:30 pm)

Hebrew of the Shabbat Morning Service (begins January 8 at 7:30 pm)

Book Fee

There is a $30 book fee for the Year 1 Hebrew course. This can be paid by cash or check on the first night of class.
