TRSD School Board - Zoom Public Comment Request (not required for in person comments)

Please complete this form to request to speak via Zoom in the Public Comment portion of the next TRSD Board meeting. If you are planning on attending the meeting in person please do not complete this form, one will be provided for you at the meeting. All Zoom request forms must be complete and submitted by 12:00pm on the day of the meeting. Once approved, you will receive a link via email to participate in the meeting via Zoom. When it is your time to speak you will be called upon and unmuted. A total of twenty (20) minutes will be allotted for public input at each Board meeting. Timelines for each speaker will be determined by the total number of patrons requesting to speak at a meeting. The time allowed per person is typically 2-3 minutes. You will be notified you have 2 or 3 minutes prior to speaking. Public Input Directions are described in Section 2 below. You must complete all questions and click submit at the end of this form.
