People Skills for Animal People is a leadership program that amplifies your ability to save more animals by creating a great workplace for humans.

The program is designed by Scarlet Spark to make an impact on multiple levels:

• Short-term results: more confidence in your leadership skills, an easier (and more enjoyable) time getting results, improved employee performance, engagement, alignment, and productivity
  
  
• Long-term results: a more sustainable, scalable, and impactful organization, along with healthy leadership habits within the animal protection movement

The program consists of live, virtual workshops, held April 30th at 7pm - 9pm ET (May 1st at 8:00 - 10:00 UTC+8) and bi-weekly after.

If you are an executive leader at a nonprofit that helps animals and enjoy learning in a hands-on environment through a mix of expert instruction and peer support, fill out the application below.

To create a personalized and interactive experience, we are limiting each cohort to ~15 people in Q2 2024 and will prioritize broad representation in program participants for maximum impact.

Expectations: Cohort members should be ready and willing to join and actively participate in each of the six 2-hour sessions, with cameras on and chat available.
