It is time again to hit the trails this fall for Cross Country!  This year we will be participating in local meets with other schools.  Practice will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:00-3:45 at the trails behind Johnson Middle School in Walpole.  Practice will include a warm up, run (1 or 2 miles depending on age and ability) and a stretch.  The meets will take place on Fridays from 4:00-5:00.  Practice starts Tuesday, September 20 and our first meet is Friday, September 23!  The meets will be on 9/23, 9/30, 10/7, 10/14 and 10/21.  The season will run for 6 weeks with the final practice on Thursday, October 27.  The Cross Country program is open to students in grades 3-8.
