Please note that while these applications will remain confidential, they are shared with our Scholarship Committee which includes executive members of Glow Studios Inc and occasionally private donors (listed on our website) who sponsor particular scholarships.

We believe everyone deserves a safe space to dance, explore, express and connect with others. However, we recognize that dance class is a privilege that is not often attainable for everyone. We also acknowledge that oppressive societal structures put certain folks at a disadvantage that may rob them of opportunities.

These scholarships are one of several ways we work to provide more affordable and accessible opportunities to dance with us. Applications are easy to complete and do not require proof or declaration of need or status.

We are committed to accessibility, so if writing is challenging for you, please feel free to submit a video or voice note version of your application to hello@glowstudios.ca via email.

Please note applications are reviewed on a monthly basis so it may take some time to receive a reply. If you would like to check the status of your application, please email glow@luminesquedance.com.

Please note that cutoff for Progress scholarships is in September for Fall terms and Februrary for Spring terms. We award bursaries for drop-in classes and other casual classes throughout the year on a bimonthly basis.
