John Jay Workplace Health Concerns
This form requests information to advise your PSC representatives of Workplace Health Concerns.
.
Your JJC PSC campus 'Health and Safety Watchdogs" will be conducting walk-through visits on campus; the first was on July 21, 2021. The next walk-through is scheduled for July 27, 2021.   We will schedule a third walk-through of classrooms and academic departments in August.

Please identify locations and aspects of workplace concerns in the face of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic; you may also refer to health concerns which you had prior to March, 2020.

Answers here do not substitute for expressing any concerns to your supervisors and/or Facilities Dept.  You are guaranteed a workplace free of threats to your health and safety by the PSC Contract. https://psc-cuny.org/cuny-contract

We're collecting your email addresses so we can learn more from you if we need to clarify a problem, or get back to you with an answer; we will not reveal the identities of anyone who provides information.
