Join us for our Winter Session of virtual DEIB Dialogues: Unpacking Our Mission to Eliminate Racism and Empower Women. From a lens of diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging, we will explore the “duo concepts” of microaggressions and navigating difficult conversations.
Our morning session will unpack microaggressions: what they are and how to avoid them. The afternoon session will help participants navigate difficult conversations to learn how to respond when they do make a microaggression and explore ways to address microaggressions, and other racist or sexist situations, in the moment.
Important Note: The DEIB Dialogues are part presentation and part interactive discussion. They are not recorded and attendees are expected to identify themselves and participate in group and partner discussions throughout the sessions.
