USSSP Core Replica Loan Agreement
Thank you for your interest in our program, and for engaging your students in our science! Please compete the form below to request a core replica. If you would like to request more than one replica, please submit the form multiple times (once for each replica requested). Please note that at this time, we only have funding to send core replicas to institutions within the United States.


Loan Conditions
By completing this form, you are entering into an agreement with the U.S. Science Support Program (USSSP). 

You (the Borrower) shall bear no costs in connection with shipment of the loaned core replica. Packages and shipping labels are provided by USSSP (the Lender). All other costs related to the loan shall be confirmed in advance. Neither party to this agreement has the right to make any financial or other commitments on behalf of the other party without previous agreement.

The Lender agrees to lend the core replica listed on this loan agreement to the Borrower. The core replica may only be used for the duration mentioned in this loan agreement. The core replica will be returned to the Lender by the agreed upon date without delay or special request.
