• Only one registration form per student. If you have multiple students, please completely fill out a separate application for
each student.
• Please be advised that this registration application contains a portion requiring the signatures of both a
parent/guardian and the student, along with the date.
• Once you complete AND submit this form, you WILL be able to access it AGAIN to change your
responses. Please still fill out each section carefully and review the ENTIRE form before submitting.*
• Completing this form is considered an application to the Institute. Your student is only registered once WE HAVE ISSUED A
RECEIPT. Your child's spot is HELD but NOT CONFIRMED until we issue the receipt.
• The Director will send out Orientation Emails for all participants shortly before the Institutes begin.
• If you have a pressing concern and require a quick response, please email co-director Colleen Geiger at

• If you have an immediate request, please call the Western Pennsylvania Writing Project office at (412) 624-6557. The WPWP
director is not always in the office, so calling the Writing Project office line may not provide an immediate response.
