Stillness  Infant Nursery Application
  1. Please note this application form is only for a place at in our Nursery Class  for September 2025-26.  
  2. Check that your child's date of birth is between the following dates 1st September 2021 and 31st August 2022.
  3. If you have a deferral we will ask you to provide evidence (letter from local authority) before accepting your application.
  4. You will be require to provide a set of documents in order to complete your application (list of documents on our website) please email those  within 48 hours after submitting this form with your child's name and D.O.B as reference.
  5. We use the same admissions criteria as per Lewisham with school places. Link below.
  6. This is a school based Nursery, if your child is allocated a place, we are expecting your child to attend   Monday to Friday and there will not be other arrangements apart from full time (every week day 8.50am to 3.15pm) or part time places ( every week day 8.50am to midday).
I understand that I will need to complete a Common Application Form to apply for a reception place at a Lewisham School during the published registration period.  

I understand that there is NO automatic right of transfer from the nursery class to the reception class at the school and have been advised of the admissions criteria which is published on the Lewisham Website
