Bookings and Payment:

Bookings are confirmed once the full payment is received. Fill in the form either online or on-site, one week in advance, and the management will contact you on your request.

The payment can be made via Mpesa PayBill number or via debit/credit card only. We do not accept cash as a payment method.

A booking for a Birthday party can only be made for a maximum of 20 kids. We do not accept bookings for less than ten kids.

To book the entire PlayZone for 4 hours will cost 25,000 Kshs. This charge is for weekdays only, excluding public holidays, Saturdays and Sundays. There is no additional cost, provided that the kids are 20; otherwise, there is an additional 500 Kshs per child. The number of people inside the playzone can’t exceed 30 at one go, the booking will not be accepted, and other children/parents on the day will not be allowed to enter. No one else will be able to access the PlayZone who isn’t invited to the party on that day.

General Rules:

Opening times are from 10 am to 7 pm. The first booking of the day starts at 11 am and the last booking of the day will be at 2 pm. We can’t let your playtime inside the PlayZone continue after 7 pm.

The age group for bookings is from 1 to 12 years. A parent must accompany any child from 0 to 5 years old at all times.

All children and parents are required to remove their shoes at the entrance.

Socks must be worn at all times by everyone accessing the PlayZone if you do not have a pair of socks, please purchase them from our team. We do not allow entry without socks.

Food and drinks are not allowed inside the PlayZone. We also do not allow any chewing gum, sweets or any form of candy or snacks inside either.

Take care of your belongings and personal items; we are not liable for any lost items or theft.
