Sessions are for THC members, age 9 and above on the day of the session.
All bookings for u18 must be completed by a parent/guardian.
Session duration to be 50 minutes including warm up time and debrief, estimated playing time 40-45 minutes. Sessions will be tailored for the individual based on their goals and requirements. Sessions will be run by THC insured coach Albert Marcarno and Mark Talbot. We are unable to guarantee which coach you will be allocated. Block bookings will be with the same coach where possible.
Hot topics to consider:

Penalty corner attack skills.
•
3D elimination skills.
•
Advanced passing techniques such as aerials or disguised slap/slider.

Due to the changes in rules and regulations around Covid-19 we can now offer 3 options when booking coaching.
1 session £20. 3 Sessions for £50. This includes a donation to the green pitch fund for each session booked and must be paid in advance via pitchero link below.
Small group 2-3 people from one household aimed at siblings. These sessions will allow competition and interactions that are not possible when delivering 1 to 1 coaching due to social distancing such as 1v1 or 2v1 exercises.
1 session £25 or 3 sessions £65.
Small group master class for up to 5 people. This is aimed at juniors and seniors looking to learn or improve advanced skills such as revers hitting, disguised slaps or penalty corner skills. The group must agree on 1 topic to focus on during these sessions. These sessions can also include video analysis during and after the session where appropriate.
1 session £50, if you are interested in multiple sessions with the same group please get in touch to discuss how many sessions are appropriate for your group.
