Thank you so much for your interest in volunteering for our show, we couldn't do it without you! Take a look at the different positions below and select the date that works best for you.

We will be providing lunch for all volunteers along with their choice of El Campeon Farms' swag. Choose 1 item for each day you sign up for. Baseball caps, trucker hats, beanies, sweatshirts and tote bags will be available.

SCRIBING
Document the judge's scores and comments on the score sheets.
PADDOCK STEWARD
Inspect each competitor and horse before and after every trial. Checks for signs of blood and verifies no illegal tack is being used. Show manager will provide each paddock steward a copy of the "Tack and Attire" checklist beforehand.
SPEED TIMER
Assist the judge in manually timing the speed phase.
RUNNER *
Responsible for taking the score sheets from the scribe to the scorer.
Required
GROUND CREW
Needed in the EOH and speed phases. Responsible for reseting the pole, ring, jug, or any other obstacles that have been moved or knocked over in the EOH and speed phases.
