Juvenis Volunteer Application

Welcome to our volunteer application! The Juvenis Festival is seeking volunteers ages 13 and up to help out at our youth arts events this spring.

This year, the Juvenis Festival takes place from April 27th to May 7th, and we will be holding a Spring Fling fundraiser dance on April 15th. 

  • Volunteering is a great way to make new friends, develop new skills, and get involved with the arts community in Kingston. High school students, we can sign your volunteer forms! 
  • Volunteers will have the opportunity to help out with front of house duties (usher/ticket seller), to work as workshop assistants, art gallery booth attendants, tech assistants/stage managers, photographers, and more.
  • Volunteer shifts are 3 hours long and volunteers are asked to sign up for a minimum of 2 shifts throughout the festival.
  • Volunteers must attend a general training session on Saturday, April 15th (backup date TBD) and will be invited to attend optional tech training. 
  • Volunteers can choose their own shifts and pick assignments that match their skills and interests, and we’re happy to train and offer support if you want to expand your responsibilities and learn something new.

Interviews

We will be conducting screening interviews on Tuesdays and Thursdays throughout February and March. If none of the available times work for you, please list your availability below and we will get in touch to arrange an alternative time.
