Please use this form to RSVP for the November 14 Carle Place UPK Focus Group meeting. The focus group will take place in the Barry Dennis Conference Room, beginning at 6:30pm.

While new and potential UPK parents are our main audience, any member of the Carle Place community is welcome. We ask that you RSVP so that we know how many people to expect. The level of interest has been very positive so far! We hope to see you on Thursday evening.
