*COVID Protocols will be discussed and emailed out to all attending as the event gets closer. Please keep in mind, At this time, masks will be REQUIRED by spectators, Coaches, and Staff. Face Masks will also be required for Competitors but will NOT be required when actively competing, or warming up.

Team Information

- 2 minutes and 30 seconds maximum routine
- All-Star divisions follow USASF safety guidelines.
- High School divisions will follow National Federation Rules (NFHS)
- Recreation teams can choose YCADA or USASF Rules
- Routines will be performed on a spring floor
- MUSIC MUST BE ON SMART PHONE OR IPOD. NO CD
- Divisions must have 2 or more teams, or they may be combined.
- NO ONE permitted in warm up gym except for cheerleaders and coaches
- Competition organizers and/or Montclair High School are not responsible for lost or stolen valuables.
- Separate performance gym and warm up gym provided
- Professional judging will be provided
- Proof of insurance must be provided
- Head Coach should have a copy of the music licenses on them at the competition
- ALL ATHLETES MUST FILL OUT MEDICAL CONSENT WAIVER
- Mat and Start times will be sent VIA EMAIL by Thursday, February 10, 2022. No changes will be made after the
following schedule has been sent.
