Junior Zero Tolerance Event Policy
As a condition for participating in any AYF junior event, all AYF juniors and their parents must agree to abide by the below Zero Tolerance Policy. This form should be filled out for each junior signed up (if more than 1 child per family is signed up, please complete a separate form for each child). Please read carefully and sign each with your initials:

1. Any incident involving drugs or alcohol will result in the junior being sent home at the parent’s/guardian’s expense. There are no second chances. *
2. You must at all times be respectful of your peers, fellow seniors, and the hosts of the event. The event coordinators have set curfews, event and meal times, and basic rules of conduct. You are expected to adhere to these rules. Cursing or talking back to fellow ungers or ungerouhis will not be tolerated. Failure to adhere to these simple rules of conduct will result in a phone call to the junior’s parents/guardians. If the behavior persists, the junior will be sent home at the parent’s/guardian’s expense. Appropriate attire is expected and mandatory at every event. If at any time a junior’s attire is deemed inappropriate it must be changed immediately. *
3. Everyone at the event is a guest representing the AYF. Should a junior be caught in an act of vandalism of property, they will be sent home immediately at the parent’s/guardian’s expense. They may also be subjected to further disciplinary action by the AYF. Furthermore, the junior’s parents/guardians will be held financially responsible for all damage resulting from the junior’s conduct. *
4. Any junior who is removed from the facilities will not receive a refund. All decisions are at the discretion of the organizing body. *
5. Inappropriate physical contact among juniors is unacceptable. Those who are caught in violation of this rule will be sent home immediately at the parent’s/guardian’s expense. *
