The Small Town Christmas application is now open and will close November 3rd, 2024. No applications will be accepted after the event is closed.  

Please submit separate applications for each event you are interested in being a vendor.  Links can be found on our vendor web page.

Please fill out this application to be considered for the event in which you are applying.  Completing this application does not guarantee a space for the event. You will be notified by email of the status of your application.  Fees, forms needed, and event details will be sent if you are approved as a vendor.

Thank you for your application and for applying to be a vendor for the Santa Cruz County Fair & Rodeo Association. Your application will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis and we will fill spots based on the number of vendors needed to best support the crowd we are expecting. Once we have filtered through all of the information, you will receive an email with either an approval or decline. If you are approved, you will also receive a list of information we will need in order for you to be fully registered and a deadline for when to turn in that information.  We have limited space so not all vendors that apply will be approved.
