Hi, we're a Seattle-based worker-led group forming together during Covid-19. We are sharing this survey to: 1) find out how food service and hospitality workers are being impacted by the sector shutdown, 2) figure out our collective needs, 3) connect with workers across these industries, and 4) build and organize solidarity efforts amongst service workers to create a future together.
