UBES Absentee Voting 2024

This form enables those who cannot be present at the 2024 UBES AGM, to cast their vote. Please note, you can only fill in this form once. Please read the section headers carefully to ensure you understand the voting mechanisms, and note that additional candidates or motions may be submitted at the AGM itself.

This form will close at the end of Saturday 6th April to enable the Secretary to count the votes before AGM.

Section 2: Committee Elections

Two systems of voting may be used for committee elections: First Past the Post (FPTP) or Single Transferrable Vote (STV) if requested by the candidates or deemed appropriate by the Chair (Secretary).

This form will require you to rank the candidates for each role, so that your vote can count for both voting systems if needed.

Candidates are listed in alphabetical order, followed by the option to Re-open Nominations (RON) if you deem that none of the candidates are appropriate for the role. You may rank RON at any point in your preferences.
