We would like to thank you for your interest in our residential program. The following is the first part of the application process and is necessary for determining the next steps for your success to independent living.

It is our desire to make the best effort possible in deciding if Lifeworks can help in achieving your life goals. It is very important that you understand that if accepted you are agreeing to be a willing participant in the rules, the structure, the discipline and the goals set each week to move forward in your life. We commit ourselves to work as hard as you are willing to work and we will go to great lengths to help you achieve independent living. This is your life and we wish to help you find your place, we can only do what you allow us to do; the results are up to you.

We believe in providing a safe place for you to grow, make mistakes and learn from those mistakes. We also know that life can be challenging in many areas if we do not learn how to manage our lives correctly. We will be working with you in areas of education, employment, budgeting money, healthy time management, personal care and other areas.

Lifeworks is a Christian based program, we believe that spiritual health, mental health, physical health and emotional health are all areas that require work to mature. You will find that we provide an atmosphere that allows grown in all these areas because we believe they are all tied together.
