The C Club Cooking Classes - Summer 2020
We will be introducing Wellness Cooking Classes for children 4.5 - 12 years old this Summer 2020.
The focus will be on healthy eating to complement wellness lifestyle habits. We will introduce a variety of dishes and multiple cooking methods to elementary chefs-to-be. With a fully equipped kitchen, it will provide a new venue for those interested in cooking and food. Mode of teaching will be mix of Putonghua and English.
Our Cooking Course for the Summer is as follows:
Jul 2 1.00-3.15pm Chicken Club Sandwich (Demo: Impossible Burger) - FULL
Jul 9 1.00-3.15pm Baked mixed vegetables prawn cake (Demo: Panfried Salmon with Citrus Salsa) - FULL
Jul 16 1.00-3.15pm Spanish style Braised Chicken (Demo: Fried Cauliflower 'rice') - FULL
Jul 23 1.00-3.15pm Mango Prawn Salad (Demo: Mixed Berries Cream Scones) - FULL
Jul 30 1.00-3.15pm Souffle Ham and Cheese Toastie (Demo: Cream Corn Soup) - FULL
Aug 6 1.00-3.15pm Beef Stroganoff (Demo: Classic Potato Salad) - FULL
Aug 13 1.00-3.15pm Eggs 3 ways (Demo: perfect scrambled eggs) - FULL
Aug 20 1.00-3.15pm Sushi for lunch (Demo: Japanese tamago)
Each class is $500/student.
