Thanks for your interest! Please fill out this form if your student group would like to sponsor a table. The Halloween on Campus Planning Committee will arrange to have tables, chairs, linens, and prizes. Your student group will be responsible for supplies as well as set-up, clean-up and volunteers for your table during the event.  

Mandatory table sponsorship meeting on Thursday, October 21st to discuss your activity. Please sign up for a 10-minute time slot to meet with the Halloween on Campus planning team to discuss the details of your activity to ensure it runs smoothly.

Student Groups CANNOT sponsor the activities of cookie decorating or face painting.

 **Volunteers are expected to follow COVID-19 guidelines**

Reminders:
~ Your Organization must provide all necessary materials, except tables, chairs, linens, and prizes.  
~ Your Organization is responsible for your table's set up and clean up.
~ There will be about 600 children and 500 parents in attendance. We keep growing each year!
~ At least one volunteer MUST be present at your table from 5:00-8:00pm! (note: we do not start cleaning up until AFTER 8:00 pm)
